Merry Monday TeamStars,

After recent cold fronts and delicious snow (yes, I actually tasted it J), we can finally feel that there is a touch of warmth in the air. Things are certainly heating up and we better get ready for the next season to spring.

Why? Well, spring is the time to refresh, renew, recall and to draw a new energy as we race towards the end of the year. Somehow, at LRMG, it  always seems to be spring. There’s a vibe in the air, our people are always buzzing around happily and you can’t help but feel warmed by our excellent hospitality.

As we all become excited about the coming season, let’s think about how we add to the season in our business. Let’s be people who are always warm, energetic and ready for new challenges. Let’s be people that spring to action and perform every time. Have a wonderful week.
