Last week I was most fortunate to attend the annual NetDimensions Partner Conference. This annual event is an opportunity for all NetDimensions partners globally to meet, share experiences, discuss market opportunities and trends and for NetDimensions to share product developments, new releases and to celebrate the successes of the last year. I had opportunity to present at the conference and shared some of our strategy and plan for YE2013 with particular focus on Africa as a developing market. The feedback from the audience was extremely positive and many delegates agreed that LRMG is well positioned to take advantage of the growth opportunities.
I was also called on to receive an award on behalf of LRMG for “The Most Mobile Sales (in Value)” from NetDimensions for our performance in the past year. In essence what this award recognised was tremendous achievement by our sales and implementation teams at selling the NetDimensions mobile learning solution (mEKP), which enables learners to access learning material in environments where there is little or no bandwidth using a USB memory drive (memory stick)and then have the results synchronised to the learner management system. This technology is a significant advantage for us, particularly in Africa, where bandwidth is often limited.
