Merry Monday!

Merry Monday TeamStars
“Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”  (Desmond Tutu)

How often do our bits of good, build up to greater things that make us the exciting company that we are? But it’s so much more than that. Every single TeamStar adds their touch of magic as we weave our tapestry, practice our talents and work towards something greater than ourselves. Our Xperiences transform organisations, empower people and make a difference in South Africa (and beyond). That’s why what we do is so important. Every minute of every day we’re positively shaping the future of people and organisations. That’s our vision. Our dream. Our destiny. It’s amazing stuff! Doesn’t that give you goose bumps? Wow!

Did you Know?

We live in a remarkable country. Our earth is filled with valuable opportunities. Our people are filled with hope, wisdom, resilience and talent. Our cities are packed to the brim with potential and infinite possibilities. This country we call ‘home’ is an explosion of energy, excitement and wonderment. This place we call ‘home’ is more remarkable than we often give it credit for. This place we call ‘home’ is miraculous, special, amazing!

Over the next few weeks we’ll be sharing interesting South African realities with you. Because when we really scrutinize our country, our people, our economy and our competiveness, we discover that there’s no place like this place. There are no people like our people. And we have what it takes to really shine, to perform and to show the world who we are.

As we think about what it is to be an LRMG TeamStar today, let’s remember that part of it is being a South African and an African. For those of us from borders beyond, you have ventured here attracted by the possibilities of the impact you can add – thank you for being part of our story.

Let’s focus on the positive things about us, as we celebrate the privilege of growing a nation and developing a continent in our own unique way. Have a wonderful week.

Cheers,
Joanne Sharpe
