Merry Monday! At this point you may be processing Ricky’s email about our values, like I am. We’re a business that is often changing as we evolve to fit and flow with the future of our performance dream and the benchmark that we continue to become.
However, after the Exco feedback session that I enjoyed today, I am feeling very at ease with our updated values. I imagined I would be excited at bringing new beliefs into the business. But I’m not. Why? Well, because our new values just make sense. They resonate with how we already are and how we want to do things. They fit the shape of our Performance Agency like a comfy glove. They feel somewhat familiar in a way that will allow them to mould well into the way we do things.
I hope you all take the time to read Ricky’s email a few times (yes – as in over and over!) and make your own sense of the values that will soon be ingrained in our culture, shaping our future and our behaviour, and writing the story of our success.
