Well, with all the learning that’s going on in our Performance Agency, we have the ability to gain an awesome competitive advantage. So let’s be sure to put that learning into action and add to our skills rapidly! It’s been rather inspiring to see most of you all in ‘flight mode’ on this StarShip lately. That is – headsets on, your focus forward and totally absorbed in your EduHub learning. It really is crunch time as we all get our heads down and get our flying hours of EduHub in. The more we learn, the higher we accelerate this StarShip into the universe towards becoming the benchmark of performance.

May I encourage you to all get your hours in as soon as possible? Not only is this in line with our value of e-ducation, but it also goes towards our Empowerdex points and our BBBEE rating – part of our e-mpowerment. On the Performance Agency Golden Circle we’re all adding to our Individual areas of Knowledge and Skills (which increases our work Capacity and hopefully adds a touch of Motivation too). All good stuff J
