Happy Anniversary

Dear Rifda

Because this is such a big anniversary and because you are so important to every single person in the company, a public Congratulations and Happy 10^th anniversary at LRMG this month!

It’s been some journey from 10 years ago Rifda, when you used to manually pay and also provide HR services to what were probably only 25 or so people back then. Thanks for being on the Bus these years, and for now being on the Starship as we take off on our Dream 2015!

I believe that 10^th anniversaries also come with a gold coin, and you and Elisa, our other 10^th anniversary this month, are full value for these and richly deserving. We prize loyalty, commitment, 10000 hours very highly at LRMG, and if our experienced TeamStars can remain highly energized with Growth Mindsets, then we have truly a winning recipe here!
